As a 14 year old teenager, I finally plucked up the courage to start attending the gym with
my mother. I had always been overweight and I was suddenly reaching the pivotal age where
my appearance felt important, and luckily I had the help and guidance to help me lose the
weight needed.

After seeing the results I had dreamed of, I then in turn found my love and
passion for the fitness world and knew I wanted to help others like I had been helped.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years and my passion and drive still
always comes from helping people truly achieve their goals. My background specifically lies
within weight loss, muscular toning, boxing and martial arts, Nutrition and Doctor Referrals.

I absolutely love a challenge, and I can assure you - there is nothing I have not seen or
tackled before! I have worked in several corporate gyms, and have found there has generally
been a lack of personal care and one to one involvement from the Gym with the members.

This then led me into starting up my company Leaner Life. From fitness camps around
surrounding areas in Surrey, personalized nutritional plans, and one to one personal training,
Leaner Life provides a tailor made package designed to suit the busy lifestyles we lead

such as suspension training, kettle bells and cross fit training.

I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now. I started my journey at a young age after being recommended by
the doctors to increase my fitness and cut down on junk food. This led me to joining the gym and taking an interest
in weight lifting. I also wanted to learn more about nutrition which aided in the transformation of my body. After losing
the weight I had a great sense of achievement and this lead me to take my first qualification as a gym instructor at 16.  

Since then I have achieved all my fitness industry qualifications, ran a marathon , took part in tough mudder and
traveled to Australia to train clients. I enjoy training clients from all walks of life and helping them transform their body. 

My experience and passion for fitness has led me to starting my own personal training business; Lift which stands for life
inspiring fitness training. I regularly read studies and increase my knowledge of fitness and nutrition. This enables me to
deliver quality training programmes that get results.
